How do I earn as a reseller?
You purchase Colioe licenses at the partner rate and resell them to your customers at whatever retail price you choose. You keep 100% of the difference. There are no commissions, splits, or referral fees — the margin is entirely yours.
Do I need to be technical to become a partner?
No. Your customers get full control of their accounts, and you get a simple portal to create, manage, and monitor their subscriptions. Technical setup is handled by Colioe infrastructure.
How are customers assigned to me?
Your regional Governing Authority explicitly assigns customers to your partner account — there is no automatic attribution. Every customer you manage is clearly and unambiguously yours.
How do I reach Premier tier?
Reach $10,000 in monthly recurring revenue from active paid licenses under your account. Premier status is reviewed monthly. If your MRR drops below $8,000 for two consecutive months, your tier is reviewed.
Are partner rates published publicly?
Partner pricing is shared after your application is approved and your agreement is signed — as part of your onboarding package. Premier partners receive a lower partner rate, increasing their margin further.
What is a Partner Governing Authority?
Each country or region where Colioe operates has a designated Governing Authority that onboards local partners, assigns customers, sets credit terms, and handles billing between Colioe and partners in that market.
Can I manage multiple customers from one login?
Yes. Your partner portal lets you create and manage multiple customer organizations, each with their own credentials, subscriptions, and account data — all visible from a single dashboard.
