1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Colioe.io (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms & our incorporated policies (Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account

You represent you are 18+ and legally capable. You must provide accurate info and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Services

3.1 Domain Services

We provision domains via our ICANN‑accredited partner Atak Domain Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. Availability is not confirmed until you receive our confirmation email. Lifecycle (grace, redemption, deletion) follows ICANN and registry policies.

3.2 Deployment Platform

We provide infrastructure for application deployments. You retain ownership of code & content. You are solely responsible for legality, security posture, and backups (we provide infrastructure, not guaranteed archival recovery).

4. Acceptable Use

Prohibited: illegal activity, intellectual property infringement, abuse, spam, malware, denial of service, crypto‑jacking, exploiting vulnerabilities, harassment. Violations may result in suspension or termination. AUP elaboration may be published separately and incorporated by reference.

5. Billing & Renewals

• Fees shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
• All domain related fees are non‑refundable once submitted to registry.
• Automatic renewal is enabled by default to prevent unintended expiration; you may disable in dashboard.
• Late / failed payments may suspend services; restoration can require reactivation fees.
• Invoices & tax calculations provided via Stripe (or successor processor).

6. Intellectual Property

Colioe trademarks, brand assets, platform code and UI are ours or licensed. You receive a limited, revocable, non‑transferable license to use the platform. Your deployments remain yours; you grant us the limited right to host & transmit solely to deliver the Service.

7. Availability & Disclaimers

We target high availability but provide the Service “AS IS” without warranties (express or implied). Maintenance, third‑party outages, force majeure can impact uptime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted, Colioe isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, data loss, business interruption. Aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid for the affected Service in the prior 6 months.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify & hold harmless Colioe from claims arising from your content, use, or violation of these Terms or third‑party rights.

10. Termination

You may terminate anytime via dashboard. We may suspend or terminate for breach, abuse, legal request, or security risk. Post‑termination we may delete data (except where retention required by law). Sections relating to IP, liability, indemnity, dispute resolution survive.

11. Governing Law & Dispute

Governing law: State of Delaware, USA (conflict rules excluded). Exclusive venue: state or federal courts in New York, NY (unless mandatory local law dictates otherwise). You waive class actions; disputes handled individually.

12. Changes

We may update Terms. Material changes announced via dashboard or email with new effective date. Continued use = acceptance.

13. Beta / Experimental Features

Some features may be labeled Beta / Preview and may change or terminate without notice. They are provided “as available” with no SLA.

14. Export Control

You represent you are not subject to embargoes or on restricted lists. You agree not to export or re‑export in violation of applicable laws.
