Sign up at colioe.io with your email address. Takes under a minute — no credit card required to start.
Your account is the central hub for all Colioe services. You can manage multiple domains and users from one place.
Add your domain
Enter the domain name you want to use for email — for example, mycompany.com. You can add more domains later.
You must own and have DNS access for this domain. If you registered it through Colioe, DNS management is built in.
Verify domain ownership
Add a TXT record to your domain's DNS. The dashboard shows you exactly what to copy and where to paste it.
DNS changes propagate within minutes. The dashboard detects verification automatically and moves you to the next step.
Update your MX records
Point your domain's MX records to the Colioe mail servers. Copy-paste the values shown in the dashboard.
Once updated, all incoming email for your domain routes through Colioe. The dashboard provides the exact records.
Set up SPF, DKIM & DMARC
Add the three authentication records that protect your domain from spoofing. Values are generated for you.
These tell receiving servers your email is legitimate. Without them, messages may be flagged as spam by recipients.
Create mailboxes
Add team members, set their email addresses, and configure storage quotas. New accounts go live within seconds.
Each user gets access to the web client. Credentials also work for configuring Outlook, Apple Mail, or any IMAP client.
